Reading Services
We currently have two modes of payment: Gcash and bank transfer through UnionBank.
Written
After booking, please await a confirmation message for the payment details on the selected platform indicated in the booking form.
Once the transfer has been made, kindly reply with a screenshot of the payment.
Video Call
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the payment details for the appointment to be confirmed. Kindly reply with a screenshot of the payment once the transfer has been made.
Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours of the confirmation message, the reserved time slot will be made available to others.
Face-to-Face
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the payment details to confirm the session. Please reply with a screenshot of the payment once the transfer has been made.
Until payment is confirmed, the preferred timeslot will remain available to others.
Note: It is important to follow the specific instructions provided to ensure your appointment is confirmed — no proof of payment, no appointment confirmation.

Please wait for confirmation that the readings have been sent on the scheduled date.
Kindly note that I am the sole provider of the readings, so your patience is appreciated.
Video Call
Kindly wait for the meeting link, which will be sent to your selected platform and email. A reminder will also be sent to your email 30 minutes before the reading begins.
Face-to-Face
Please send a screenshot of the payment, and we can further discuss any specific requests for the reading. If you need to reschedule, kindly inform me at least a day in advance or at least 6 hours before the session.
Written
No refunds are provided, but you can change the reading of your choice. Alternatively, you can transfer your slot to a friend by informing me and following further instructions.
Video Call
Cancellations are not accepted, but we can reschedule in case of emergencies or personal issues. If you prefer not to reschedule, you can transfer your slot to a friend by notifying me, and they can set an appointment at your place.
Face-to-Face
Payments are refundable only in the event of cancellation from my end. Full payments allow for two reschedules, while partial payments are non-refundable and considered as a cancellation fee.

If your preferred time or date is unavailable, please get in touch with me to discuss alternative options for scheduling the reading.
