1. Loyalty Card Eligibility: The Enchanted Insights Loyalty Program is open to all customers who book readings through our website and forms. Each confirmed booking entitles the customer to earn one (1) stamp on their virtual loyalty card.

2. Accumulating Stamps: For every successful booking, the customer will receive one (1) stamp on their virtual loyalty card. The loyalty program will automatically record and save the stamps in our system.

3. Reward Redemption:
a) On the 6th and 12th completed readings, the customer is eligible for a complimentary general written reading. The choices available for these readings are Metanoia (a comprehensive general reading) or Leluria (a specific-aspect reading). The customer must indicate their chosen reading type during the booking process.

b) Upon reaching the 18th completed reading, the customer is eligible for one free reading of their choice, either a written reading or a video call session. The selected reading must have a value of Php 3,500 or below.

4. Virtual Loyalty Card: For each booking, a virtual copy of the loyalty card will be sent to the customer via their chosen messaging platform. The loyalty card will display the total number of stamps earned and the milestones reached.

5. Redeeming Rewards:
a) To claim the complimentary 6th and 12th reading rewards, the customer must inform us of their loyalty status during the booking process. The free reading will be scheduled separately and can be booked up to 30 days after the initial milestone reading.

b) To claim the 18th reading reward, the customer must send an email or send a message at our specified platforms indicating their choice of reading (written or video call) and providing the necessary details for scheduling.
