Returns and Exchanges

Intention Candles

We accept returns and exchanges for items that were wrongly sent out within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you received an incorrect item, please email kandeladia@charmaradia.com immediately to initiate the return or exchange process.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, providing your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging to ensure safe return transit.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service, and provide us with the tracking information.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange accordingly.

Refunds

Intention Candles

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased on our website. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for eligible items.

Reading Services

Please note that we do not offer refunds for reading services. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please send an email to readings@charmaradia.com at least 6 hours before your scheduled session. We will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment at a convenient time.
